MAN WITHOUT ARMS IS GIVEN A DRIVING LICENCE AFTER LEARNING HOW TO DRIVE IN INDIA

An Indian man without any arms now has an official driving licence after proving he can steer with one foot and change gears with the other.
Vikram Agnihotri, 45, from Indore, lost his arms in a accident at the age of seven, but has always wanted to learn how to drive.
He passed his test with flying colours showing instructors how he uses his right foot to turn the keys in the ignition and to steer and his left foot to use the pedals and change gear.
